Can I use Drycast for anything other than showering or bathing?
(i.e. swimming, on the beach, doing the dishes, in the rain...)
Original Drycast is only guaranteed for use in the shower or bath. If damage occurs while the product is being used for other purposes, it is not covered by the Drycast warranty. DryCast Swim is intended for submersion under water, and will allow a user to shower, bath and swim.
Does DryCast contain any latex products?
Original DryCast is completely synthetic. DryCast Swim is manufactured from natural latex and should not be worn by people with an allergy to latex.
Is DryCast reimbursable by my insurance?
Most insurance companies do not reimburse you for DryCast. It makes too much sense; they'd rather wait for your cast to get wet and then replace the cast. However, you can give it a try. Submit a copy of the invoice, and describe the product in your claim as 'Dressing protection'. Use code 99070, a generic medical supply code or A4580 if you are on Medicare. Please note, that even though we are nice guys who genuinely care about you and your finances, we cannot fill out insurance forms for you. So please, make sure the insurance company doesn't send them to us.
What measurements do I need to order a DryCast?
To order a DryCast the length & circumference of the cast must be measured.

What happens if I order the wrong size?
Wrong size is a broad statement. Is it too tight, too loose, too long or too short? We suggest that you give us a call and let us help you.
What is the return policy?
A product that has not been used and is still in its original state can, upon authorization, be returned. However shipping will not be refunded, and the return must be within 15 days. Used products cannot be returned. A DryCast that malfunctions will be replaced if it's during a period of 4 weeks from purchase. Any returns must first be authorized, so contact us first. Replacements will be sent out via Priority Mail.
What shipping methods are offered?
We offer: UPS Next Business Day, UPS Next Day air (Saturday Delivery), UPS 2nd Business Day, UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail 3-day (Saturday Delivery). Shipping methods without Saturday Delivery specified will not deliver on Saturday, and no shipping methods will deliver on Sunday. The only shipping method that may be used for P.O. Boxes is USPS Priority Mail 3-Day (Saturday delivery available). We humbly suggest that you consider UPS 2nd Day Air - it is a good value , and it is pretty quick.Please do not select commercial or free shipping if you are not a business or if you are not qualifying for free shipping. Actual shipping charges may vary from your emailed receipt due to several factors.
Can I use multiple shipping methods for one purchase?
No. If you want to use multiple shipping methods you need a separate order for each shipping method. Don't forget you only need to register once. You can place multiple orders on the same account.
If I place an order today when will it ship?
Orders that are placed before 3:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time) during business days, will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM, will be shipped the next business day.(That's our official policy - unofficially - we do our best to keep shipping until the UPS guy drives away!)
