Absolutely unsolicited and utterly delightful words of praise from our customers.People call us every day, hardly anyone wants to call, but then again the idea of going without a shower for oh maybe six weeks serves as a great motivator. Perhaps they have tried a garbage bag with tape, or have discovered the misery of sponge bathing, or ugh dare we say it, tried another brand, only to be utterly disappointed. So they call, maybe they?ll ask a couple of questions and then place an order. The product arrives, and then, believe it or not, by golly - it works! And so many people do the obvious next step and drop us a note of thanks for such a great product. We thought you might like to take a peek? Who knows, maybe you'll be up here one day too! --- Great Product and Customer Service I just wanted to let you know how wonderful your customer service has been! I've dealt with Barry and he was so helpful. My 13 year old son has a full leg cast and when the pediatric long leg wasn't quite long enough, Barry had a swim cast shipped out immediately, and it worked great! I received it the next day! I can't say enough about how helpful he was. Your customer service is fantastic. We received the swim cast today and my son just took his first shower with it---it worked wonderfully! It kept his cast completely dry. We are in week one of eight long weeks with a cast. The swim cast will truly make a huge difference. A friend just visiting us said he wished he would have know about this product when he recently had an arm cast on. He tried all sorts of homemade protectors and nothing really worked. I just wanted to take a minute to say that the Drycast Swim cover is working out great. My daughter broke her arm the first week after school let out and the thought of missing out on summer swimming was more traumatic than the break itself. She has been using your product a couple of times a week since we received it and her cast is dry. Thanks, Mark Amos ---- Dear Guys at Medcare, Just wanted to say thanks for saving our summer! We recently ordered a Dry Cast Swim Cover for our daughter. Thanks to your help in measuring and determining the correct size, the cover was a great fit. She has been able to shower and SWIM despite her broken arm. When we realized that she was going to be in a cast in the middle of the summer, I immediately began researching options. I came up with two choices -- your product or a similar product with an "air pump". I checked with my "consumer panel" -- my network of fellow homeschooling moms -- and the overwhelming response was to go with the Dry Cast Swim. We have not been disappointed. Thanks again, --- Dear Simon, When my daughter broke her arm several years ago, we used the Medcare water-proof arm cover with great success. Recently my dog broke her toe and required a cast. The cast must stay dry and a plastic zip lock bag just wasn't doing the job. I remembered your product and brought it out of storage. It worked perfectly! Of course, dogs are much harder on your products than people since they use them while walking outside. I just ordered 2 more water-proof covers to get us through the next 6 weeks.
