Feedback is super important to maintaining the integrity of our company - and that means The Good, The Bad and The Ugly. 

Here are some policies for returns, and they are applicable for up to 45 days after purchase.
A) We shipped the wrong item. We'll pick it up at our cost and ship the correct product at no cost for shipping. 
B) A product is not living up to your expectations, or is defective, or arrives broken. We'll replace the product at no charge and refund your purchase.
C) You ordered the wrong item and want to return it. You can send it back for a refund, and pay for the shipping on the replacement.
D) We didn't cover your situation. No problem, give us a call and we'll work to make it right and make you happy!
