We want you to be completely happy with everything you purchase from Medcare Veterinary Products. Please don't hesitate to contact us if a product doesn't meet your expectations. We'll never think you're a whiner; in fact, we'll say thank you for letting us know. Feedback is super important to maintaining the integrity of our company - and that means The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly. 

Here are some policies for returns, which apply for up to 45 days after purchase.
A) We shipped the wrong item. We'll pick it up at our cost and ship the correct product at no additional shipping cost. 
B) A product is not living up to your expectations, or is defective, or arrives broken. We'll replace the product at no charge and refund your purchase.
C) You ordered the wrong item and want to return it. You can send it back for a refund and pay for the shipping on the replacement.
D) We didn't cover your situation. No problem, give us a call, and we'll work to make it right and make you happy!
